1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and use md888's services, each prospective member must meet the following eligibility requirements. Registrations that do not meet these requirements may result in account termination without prior notice.
1.1 Age Requirement
Md888 only opens its services to individuals who aged 18 years and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. md888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to be owned by an underage individual will be terminated immediately without refund of any remaining balance.
1.2 One Account Only
Each individual, IP address, device, residential address, phone number, and payment method is only permitted to hold one active account at md888. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation that will result in the suspension or termination of all related accounts, including the forfeiture of all balances and unclaimed winnings.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. md888 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3. Bonus & Promotion Policy

4. Conduct & Game Rules
All md888 members are expected to act responsibly, honestly, and respectfully towards everyone on the platform, including fellow members, croupiers, and support staff. md888 reserves the right to take action against any member who violates the code of conduct.
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the game system
- Money laundering through wagering activities
- Threatening, offensive, or harassing language directed at staff or other members
- Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Submitting false claims or forged documents to md888
4.2 Game Results & Disputes
The results of all games on md888 are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck alone. However, if you believe a technical error has affected a game result, you may submit a formal complaint to our support team within 72 hours after the incident. All disputes will be investigated transparently and md888's decision is final.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
Md888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for reasonable cause. The following is a general guide on this process.
5.1 Grounds for Suspension
Member accounts may be temporarily suspended in the following situations:
- Incomplete KYC verification or documents requiring further review
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity
- Receiving third-party complaints that require investigation
- Member's own request for a self-exclusion break under the Responsible Gaming programme
5.2 Account Closure by Member
Members may close their account at any time by contacting md888 customer support. Prior to closure, please ensure all active wagering has been settled and all eligible balances have been withdrawn. md888 will process account closure requests within 5 business days.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on the md888 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, games, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of md888 or our licensed partners. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or reuse of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Md888 takes member privacy seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy our separate policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the md888 platform, you agree to the data processing practices set out in that Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Md888 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, md888 is not liable for losses arising from:
- Technical disruptions or downtime caused by third parties (internet service providers, cloud infrastructure, etc.)
- Extraordinary events or force majeure such as natural disasters or power grid outages
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
- Unsatisfactory betting outcomes – betting risk is borne entirely by the member
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Md888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the md888 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
